I bought a dodge truck from a Nissan dealership and it had problems they could not resolve. I brought it into the Lewiston Kendall dodge service dept and BJ was right on the ball helping me and working with the Nissan service dept to get authorization for the needed work and payment. BJ has been persistent in finding the problem and it has been tricky. . He still doesn't give up.

When traveling due to death in family my car overheated. I called the dealership and it was after service dept closed. I spoke with Bob the general manager who took my information and told me he would have my car looked at first thing in morning. Had purchased a new Siverado 2500 Duramax classic in 2007 under a different dealership but at the same location. This month I noticed a clunking sound in my steering assembly. The truck has only been driven 17,500 miles. Truck was past its 5 year warranty and well past its 3 year warranty. The Kendall dealership diagnosed the problem and changed the steering and intermediate shaft and support bearing under a one time warranty agreement. There was no charge to me. We were interested in the New Chevy Malibus, however a pre-owned Malibu with low miles best fit us. William Myers and others on staff at Kendall worked very hard to research, answer our questions and get us the best value for our money. The test drive (actually considered 2 cars) before settling on the Malibu we purchased, was quite relaxed and enjoyable, no pressure which allowed me to really get the feel of the car in various driving situations.

The salesman were knowledgable and respectful during my several visits. The let me look without hounding me. I appreciated the space. Once the decision was made to purchase, they work together as a team to get the paperwork done in a timely manner and were very friendly. They answered all of my questions and I was very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. I went back in a week later to ask several questions. Kneale Lindsay worked extremly hard to get me the car the I wanted and has since helped me with everything else that I have needed such, as helping me with the tire pressure sensor, tires, and even trying to find somewhere for me to purchase seat covers.
